A member of the CReSTeD Council, a former co-opted member of the BDA Management Board,  has been a Head of dyslexia specialist schools for over 13 years, who enjoys regular contact with Heads of similar schools for Specific Learning Difficulties, a member of the SEM partnership in the south east region – developing partnerships between Local Education Authorities and independent and non-maintained special schools.
Paul Stanley - Headmaster
Joined Northease in September 1996 as head of Middle School. I was as appointed Director of Studies and member of SMT in September 1999. Achieved National Professional Qualification for Head Teachers in July 2002 and became Deputy Head Teacher in September 2003.  I am an Associate Member of the British Dyslexia Association. I am responsible for all aspects of exam management and special arrangements. I manage key aspects of curriculum in the school and am responsible for timetable planning and aspects of quality control in teaching, I teach History and RE at KS3 and 4.
Kim Phillips  - Deputy Headmaster
Joined Northease in 1995 and was appointed Bursar in 2001, member of the Independent Schools Bursars Association and National Bursars Association.  Responsible for the school’s Finance, Premises and Clerk to the Governors, and also the Health & Safety Officer and member IOSH.  I have over thirty years financial experience in schools and private industry.
Rose Spanswick - Bursar
I have been Head of Care at Northease Manor since 2003, having spent many years working in the Independent and State Boarding sectors. My responsibilities at Northease include the management of Boarding and the Pastoral Care systems for day and boarding pupils. I also act as manager for Occupational Therapy and our Counsellors.   Member of the Independent Schools Council Committee on Child Health and Well-being (Representing the Independent Schools Association)
