Our Boarding Team

As Head of Boarding I oversee operations and am responsible for Quality Assurance - meeting, maintaining and exceeding National Minimum and Independent School Standards, ensuring that the staff team are supervised, supported and developed adequately, that effective systems and procedures are in place, and that boarders have a voice in everything we do. I am a hands-on leader and meet the team twice daily to promote communication between residential and school staff, and I work in the Boarding houses myself several times a term in the evenings. Further information on my experience and skills can be found on the Strategic Leadership Team page.
