Friends Of Northease

Welcome to the Friends of Northease Manor section of the website. ‘Friends’ is a parent-run organisation whose primary aim is to provide support and communication between parents, students and staff and to provide extra facilities through fundraising for the children.

Over the last couple of years we have raised funds for many projects such as lighting equipment for the drama department, tools for the DT department, an Arts Day for the whole school, a trip to Chessington, specialist IT equipment and an interactive whiteboard.

We operate a very busy social calendar throughout the year, starting with a social event and Christmas Fair in the autumn term, a Quiz Night in the spring term and ending the year with a Summer Fair (our first is due in 2010!) We also run a very successful second hand uniform shop at most events. We put together a newsletter each term in order to keep everyone informed of up and coming events and contacts. Anyone interested in getting involved is welcome to come along to our committee meetings which are hosted in the Games Room. Dates of forthcoming meetings are published in our newsletter or in the news section of this website. If you are unable to attend a meeting please feel free to give us a ring and we can find alternative ways for you to take part. (Contact numbers below.)
